Final Post

As i enter the final weeks of my A Level media course i have had time to reflect on the work i have created and the things that i have learnt from this 2 year course. In these 2 years i have created a Film opening and a music video that i helped film, edited and produce. I started by creating a preliminary task in year 12 that showed the basic skills that i had learnt with a basic narrative, poor quality editing, bad sound, and shaky camera shots. By the end of this course i have created a music video with clear sound, on the beat editing and controlled camera shots. Looking back at my work shows that i have developed from a novice to a practitioner I have learnt how to use websites such as blogger to present my work and how to edit a video on premiere pro. To conclude i have had a great time developing my skills and furthering my knowledge of the media world, and i look forward to moving away from this course and using my new skills in the future.
